With its new Inscription package, the 2013 Volvo XC60 is getting personal. The Inscription version will be available on all Volvo XC60 engine models, allowing the discerning customer to choose how they wish to personalize their ride for some extra special curb appeal.
Among the treatments for the Volvo XC60 Inscription are new 20-inch wheels, special effect exterior paint, four color options for the semi-aniline leather interior, including Marble White, Toscana Tan, Off-black and Soft Beige, and can be configured with off-black or sandstone beige trims. Inscription models will also have the headrests embroidered with the special logo, as well as special tread plates.
“The XC60 was our top-selling model in 2011 with almost 100,000 units delivered to customers all over the globe,” says Doug Speck, Vice President Marketing, Sales and Customer Service at Volvo Car Corporation. “The Inscription version makes our offer even stronger. The exclusive details blended with the dynamic XC capability give the XC60 a truly unique aura.”
Other details like pricing have not yet been released, but the 2013 Volvo XC60 Inscription will arrive stateside sometime this summer. The unique “aura” of the XC60 Inscription will be unveiled at the Leipzig Auto Show in June.
