Subcompact Ford Ka still Enroute to U.S. despite Falling Gas Prices

Ford Ka Front Right

Even with fuel prices plummeting from their recent record highs, Ford bosses feel that the prices will stay high enough for them to continue their shift towards smaller, more fuel efficient offerings.
While we are already waiting waiting impatiently for recently revised Fiesta, Ford’s newfound commitment towards cars has seen the continued possibility of the even smaller Ka reaching our shores as well.

Sized between the already small Fiesta and the absolutely tiny Smart, the Ka would provide Ford a credible entry level offering that, if it arrives here unmolested, can offer more than a low price with its reputation for class leading dynamics and good quality.

Our take? Cars are good. When they’re as good as Ford’s small European offerings, we hope they reach our shores as is, and in a timely manner.
