Priced: 2013 MINI Cooper Starts at $22,000, Paceman John Cooper Works GP at $39,950

MINI has announced pricing for its 2013 lineup including the John Cooper Works ($32,050), which is $60 more than the 2012 model. All prices include a $700 destination and handling fee, which is unchanged from the 2012 model year.

Upon the arrival of the restructured John Cooper Works engine, an automatic transmission with paddle shifters will be available for the first time ever with this configuration. This option will set you back $1,250. Some other new features include Bluetooth as a standard feature, formerly a $500 option, replacing Sirius Satellite Radio. Instead, Sirius will be an available option for an additional $250 but a one-year subscription is included as well. The technology package will now feature Comfort Access and a center armrest with an MP3 input and MINI Connected. Clear turning signals will now be a standard feature on the MINI Yours packages, too.

Other new features for the 2013 model year MINI lineup include a premium package option available on the MINI Hardtop and Clubman. This package includes a panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control, and automatic wipers. Now standard on all 2013 MINI Roadster models are a semi-automatic roof and rear wind deflector. The latest model year MINI lineup began production in July of last year. The only 2013 MINI model that hasn’t entered production yet is the John Cooper Works GP, which is believed to start in the fall. Check out the full list of prices for every 2013 MINI model below.
