This might just be a concept car, but isn’t the naming a bit off?Peugeot is revealing its hybrid concept, the Prologue, at the Paris Motor Show. Apparently the hybrid system has a pure electric mode with zero emissions, and an ultra low emissions gasoline mode. The Prologue is expected to have around 200 hp.
Generally a prologue is the introduction of something. Peugeot is only about a decade late to be the prologue of hybrids, and their hybrid system doesn’t really sound more innovative than some of the other soon-to-be-released cars.
Count on the French to have strange notions about themselves.
