Mercedes-Benz recently announced details of a new sedan during the opening of its latest manufacturing plant located in Kecskemet, Hungary.
Tentatively called the Mercedes-Benz CLA, a concept of the sedan is scheduled to debut at next month’s Beijing Auto Show. Little is known of this concept, though its nickname (“baby CLS”) hints of a smaller sedan with swoopy, coupe-like styling similar to the Mercedes-Benz CLS. What is known is the Mercedes CLA will be built alongside the all-new Mercedes-Benz B-Class at Kecskemet, Hungary. There are also reports circulating the production version of the Mercedes CLA will be available at dealerships next year, most likely as a 2013 model.
Mercedes has not announced if the Mercedes-Benz CLA will be sold in the U.S.
