The newly announced Infiniti Personal Assistant technology will do everything, it seems, but feed the driver. Featuring 24-hour access to a live team of professional assistants through the owners mobile phone, with either Bluetooth or hands-free systems, the new service is available on new Infiniti M, G, QX, FX, and EX models, providing what Infiniti hopes will “make each particular ownership experience easy, comfortable, and more pleasurable.”
Infiniti’s four-year complimentary service should be available nationally within 90 days. For certified-used vehicles, a four-year and one-year service is also available for purchase. The Infiniti Personal Assistant can get you sports score, consumer product reviews and price comparisons, set up schedule reminders, make travel arrangements, get stock market information, weather forecasts, and driving directions, among other services.
“The new Infiniti Personal Assistant benefit is a great addition to the Infiniti Total Ownership Experience, providing true ‘anything, anytime, anywhere’ concierge service with the personal touch of talking to real people, not some computer data site,” said Infiniti Americas Vice President Ben Poore. “There’s seemingly no limit what Infiniti Personal Assistant can do for you – adding to the pleasure of driving and owning an Infiniti vehicle.”
