Hot Wheels Blows 2013 SRT Viper’s Cover Again

2013-SRT-Viper-Hot-Wheels-leak-2

If a blurry, pixilated picture of SRT’s new supercar in toy form didn’t cut it for you then, try these on for size. Here are the first clear images of the 2013 SRT Viper, albeit in die cast form, but you still get the idea. The toy car shows everything off in semi-detailed fashion including the new front-end implemented from the design crew over at SRT.

The new front end had been heavily camouflaged when seen in public before but that’s no longer the case. The first image from Hot Wheels of the 2013 SRT Viper included a blurry front that had a gaping air intake. Speculation continues to swirl around what the new Viper’s front end will look like, although we hear it will include Dodge’s signature cross-hair grille, even though it’s not technically a Dodge anymore.

Hot Wheels is currently mum on the situation saying that “there is no information available about [the 2013 SRT Viper die cast toy] at this time,” adding that it doesn’t have an on-sale date for the car yet, either. Chrysler echoed those sentiments, saying everyone would have to wait until its official unveiling at the New York Auto Show next month.
