Ford Motor Co. plans to debut new all-electric van called the Transit Connect which it plans to release in 2010. The technology will also appear on the 2011 EV Focus.
Both it and the Ford Escape will use a system that will allow its hybrid vehicles to communicate with the power grid so that the electric vehicles are re-charged in the most efficient manner.
