It appears that auto workers in Canada have more compassion for the plight of Ford than their cousins in the U.S. The new contract gives Ford basically the same concessions given to Chrysler and General Motors when they were passing through bankruptcy. Well, members of the Canadian Auto Workers Union (CAW), reports the Detroit News, overwhelmingly voted in favor of its agreement with Ford as their American counterparts overwhelmingly voted against the agreement.
Canadian workers voted in favor by about 83 percent.

Huh….I knew Canada had to be good for something!!
