Peugeot has announced that it will be adding the 207 Touring Outdoor to the 207 lineup.According to the Motor Report, the 207 Touring Outdoor comes with new 16-inch wheels, alloy roof rails, a split tailgate, satellite navigation, and a rugged look thanks to its black plastic fender flares, sideskirts, and bumper lips. All these features make the 207 Touring Outdoor a vehicle for people “wanting a small wagon with a dash of … yes, ‘the great outdoors.”
The inside will have a similar dash layout as the other 207 hatchback models but will have a larger load space as well as improved legroom and forward visibility thanks to a repositioned rear bench. The interior is also dotted by numerous storage bins and pockets. For dressing the 207 Touring will be available with black or brown cloth/leather seats with metallic-effect trim pieces on the dash and center console.
Pricing for the 207 Touring Outdoor will start at $30,490 for a petrol auto and $31,490 for a diesel manual, plus all the on-road costs.
Our take? We hope they bring it to the American market.
