There are those of us who think a good portion of Germans are born without fully developed senses of humor. Fortunately, their U.S. advertisements compensate pretty well when selling their products here, giving exception to Dyson Vacuums. The latest case study: The 2012 BMW 3 Series sedan.
When advertising its no-cost Ultimate Service scheduled service program, BMW shows a skeptical customer asking what he thinks are rhetorical questions. Much to his surprise, they’re not. Here are two of the better examples, with there being six spots in total:
While BMW was at it, the automaker created another contest called “0 to Desir3 in 5.9 Seconds,” giving fans on the internet a shot at making six-second advertising spots for the new BMW 328i, which as circumstance has it, can hit 60 mph in 5.9 seconds. There are 30 finalists, making posting all of them here a little difficult. So, once again, here are two of our favorites.
