As part of the Gran Turismo generation, I’m supposed to like big wings on cars, quote the Fast and Furious movies–which, you can ask my boss, I do regularly — and finishing each sentence with the word “brah.” I’m supposed to wear a flat-bill hat, flash signs to my homies, and be in love with the 2013 Nissan 370Z Nismo.
Truth is, outside of the video games and the Fast and Furious fanboyisms, I don’t fit into any of the predetermined molds of a typical Nismo 370Z driver. And at $46,000, hardly any 20something could anyway. This car’s expensive — really expensive. After living with it for a few days, I realized it wasn’t much good as a daily driver. Surely, then, I hoped it would make up for its shortcomings when all of its 350 horsepower could be tapped.
