Case in point: the TL's rearview camera. I inadvertently discovered it last night as I was backing up. The gray image was overlaid with guidelines to help one gage parking lines as well as making sure no one was behind the car and out of view.
Personally, I have mixed feelings about the technology. On the one hand, it’s useful making sure no one is behind you; on the other, I could see folks becoming reliant on it and not checking the other blindspots behind the car when backing up.
Drive on the streets was smooth, again, though one could still feel road imperfections. The TL simply road over them. Still getting used to the brakes; they are slightly grabby for my taste.
