2009 OC Auto Show - Fine Hybrids, Electric Cars, Diesel on Green Trail

As previously posted, the OC Auto Show extensively showcases the latest green vehicle technology -- hybrids, electric cars, diesel, etc. -- provided by the automakers.
Several highlight their green commitment with their booth displays. They include:
The Japanese automaker pulled out all stops to emphasizes its commit to the green cause. Vehicles on display include the Honda Civic Hybrid, the fuel-celled powered FCX Clarity, and -- of course -- the all-new Honda Insight hybrid.
Hybrids, hybrids, hybrids. Ford, like General Motors, is focusing on the powertrain in offering Americans high gas mileage as well as being environmentally friendly. Green vehicles included Mercury Milan Hybrid; the Ford Escape Hybrid and its Mercury Mariner twin; and, of course, the Camry-beating Ford Fusion Hybrids.
VW broke ranks with the hybrid-focused brands with its clean diesel-powered vehicles and display. The Audi TDI got a lot of looks not only for its looks but mileage as well.
