IRVINE, Calif., April 8, 2009 - To support the launch of the all-new 2010 MAZDA3 - the company's best-selling car globally - Mazda North American Operations today launched its all-new MAZDA3 Web site, www.mazda3.com.
The new site will allow consumers to explore numerous features available on the new 2010 MAZDA3, including a full set of detailed specifications. Additionally, each consumer can easily compare the 2010 MAZDA3 to its competitors as well as read snippets of the accolades automotive journalists have already said about the car.
For those ready to start the shopping process, a full set of shopping tools are only a click away, allowing consumers to build and identify trims and options of their choice, search dealer inventory and submit a request for a quote from a Mazda dealership.
"It is crucial that consumers can have access to the most up-to-date product information on the 2010 MAZDA3, 24 hours a day/365 days a year," said Michael Tsang, Manager of Interactive Marketing. "The new MAZDA3 site is user friendly and is a great tool for our younger buyers."
One of the features on the site, which is a first for Mazda, is the ability to share photos and video on social networking sites. For example, one of the "cool" features of the site is the "Remix your MAZDA3." Here, visitors are able to remix three different layers of music from several choices to create a custom tune. At the same time, they are able to pick a color of their choice for the car and a background of their choice to create a visual "remix." Once the visitor has produced this remix, they can e-mail it to themselves or to someone else.
