Question: What is the cheapest car sold in the U.S.?

Well, it is about to be the Nissan Versa. The Japanese auto maker has just started offering the vehicle in the U.S. market for a suggested retail price of $10,685 (including destination and handling).

The car features a 107 horsepower DOHC 16-valve, 1.6 liter inline 4-cylinder engine. Fuel efficiency is said to be 34 mpg on the highway (with the five speed manual transmission).

Our take? Great price. Now, if only the lenders will give us credit to buy it.
