MINI looks to develop even Smaller Model

Expect MINI to have a lot of competitors in the future.

At this rate, they’ll set a new popular auto trend, as befitting the brand name.

What do we mean? While the BMW brand is expanding with more models like the Clubman, MINI’s Global Brand Manager Dr. Wolfgang Armbrecht, has stated that so long as he’s in charge, no MINI will be longer than 4.10 meters (1.62 inches). Armbrecht’s ambition seems to be an even smaller, cuter car like the Volkswagen Polo or the Toyota iQ.
The upcoming Crossover Concept hits 4.10 meters on the head and is expected to hit markets by mid to late-2010. MINI is considering adding a fifth model to its.

Our take? In the future, highways will probably be filled with these spunky go-karts.
