The Paris Auto Show has been a magnet for new car design and technology. Recently, Nissan took unveiled a new concept car called the NuVu.
It's a hybrid, of course. The NuVu has an interesting piece of echnology: solar panels integrated into the glass roof to charge the hybrid's (of course) lithium ion battery. Nissan says NuVu has a range of about 77 miles between charges and a top speed of about 74 mph.
The car is extremely small. It is about 10-feet long; about 5-feet, 6-inches wide; and about 5-feet tall. It features two customary seats and a fold down chair.
Nissan has not announced if the NuVu will go into production.
