Brought to you by German Tuning Haus RUF, an electric Porsche Cayman might be on next month’s shopping list. The car will feature a 150-kilowatt motor with around 201 hp and 479 foot pounds of torque with a top speed of 125 mph. The lithium ion battery will have a range between 155-186 miles.
The electric Porsche will have less horsies than the Tesla, but substantially more torque. With that much torque, the electric Cayman might even be able to beat Tesla’s 0-60 record of 4.0 seconds.
Our take? This bad boy will be well beyond most people’s pocket money, but this may help pave the way for more sporty looking EVs in the future.
