Looking very much like a smaller, boxier Scion xB, the car is among the long list of little Japanese that'll never reach these shores.
Wearing unique headlamps and more masculine detailing, the most unique aspect of the car is that its marketed towards men, while the standard Wagon R on which it is based is geared towards women.
Differences between the two include color choices, the Stingray getting darker, angrier shades, while the standard Wagon R gets warmer tones. The headlamp of the standard car are even shaped differently, more curvilinear, and therefore softer and friendlier.
What doesn't chang however, is the fact that both variants are powered by the same 660cc 64 hp motors mated to either four, five, or CVT transmission.
Our take? Men? Women? Just like Scion, we're seeing AARP members driving this beauty....
