Chevrolet Cruze.

The replacement for the long in the tooth Chevrolet Cobalt has one thing going for it that its predecessor never had, charming looks that create desirability.

Looking not as out there as the Honda Civic, as tall as a Nissan Sentra, boring as a Toyota Corolla, or contrived as a Ford Focus, GM's Chevy Cruze is arguably one of the better looking cars in its class. Coupled to an interior of equally good looks and seemingly upscale materials the car seems like a true step forward for not only GM/Chevy, but small American cars in general.

Powered by a turbocharged 1.4 liter 4-cylinder motor, the car is set to provide performance comparable to its peers with even greater efficiency as well.

Our Take? Please let the quality be there as well, this car has everything else it takes to be a great American small car.
