It seems that the police in Manila, Philippines are foregoing the donuts and coffee. Instead, they'refrequenting McDonald’s for the breakfast special and a quick fill up of the police cruiser.
That’s right, Manila police are using used cooking oil from McDonald’s to fuel their cars. Actually only one police car has been modified to burn vegetable oil biofuel as the other patrol cars go through their modifications.
