General Motors isn’t doing too well and it's about to get worse.

Many of the troubled automaker's windshield washer fluid can short out its circuit, causing smoke, annoyance, fire, and a stinky burning odor. So far there have been at least three confirmed cases of fire involving the circuit for the windshield washer fluid.

The recall affects 950,000 vehicles, which include the 2007-2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2006-2008 Buick Lucerne, 2006-2008 Cadillac DTS, and 2007-2008 Saturn Outlook.
