Though not much could be determined from the images in terms of the car's appearance, the obviously flared fenders, lower stance, and more open grillwork suggest performance should be a big part of Jaguar's flagship.
What is know is that, like the current XF, the XJ will be based upon the same basic aluminum intensive structure as its predecessor. At the very least, the next XJ could be a great car indeed.
Our take? Likely to be more stylish, the fact that Jaguar owner Tata seems to be putting in the work to ensure that the car will have the “go” to match its “show” is reassuring considering the ownership change
