Having already achieved producing a brilliant super car (ala GT-R), Nissan's next step, it seems, is quality control.

Hoping to half its number of customer complaints, Nissan is going all out to change the culture within their organization.

The company has hired 4000 engineers to work with suppliers regarding quality, training for its current employees, as well as the hiring of 4050 more engineers certified in quality control. Ten new directors to guide the process should do much to improve what was once led by 250 quality inspectors.

For sure it will lighten the pocketbook.

Luxury brand Infiniti will be spared, scoring above average in various surveys.

Our take? Bravo Nissan, a better product is always appreciated. Now, if all your cars were at the level of the GT-R....
