Developed by INRIX, a Seattle, Washington-based company that monitors traffic congestion, the site ranks the worst cities as far as traffic is concerned. They base their list on a scorecard that takes into account micro matters of traffic problems.
The top 10 most congested cities according to INRIX are:

The site also identified the worst traffic day as Friday. Surprise, surprise. The worst week day commute is Friday evening. during commuting hours from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Worst morning commute is Wednesday.
