Volvo's Too Small Shoesize

As per a German court ruling, automaker Volvo must pay a man nearly $2,700 for his special driving shoes as well as compensation for his time lost changing shoes when going to meet clients while working.

The reason for the lawsuit? Apparenly the footwell of his new Volvo C70 coupe was simply too small to accommodate his size twelve feet. He claims that there was simply not enough room for him to use the accelerator properly.

Having already purchased special shoes, he then took the automaker to court, feeling that he was not of a size that should not have been accommodated to begin with. The court's ruling agreed.

Our take? Size twelve really isn't that big.

thats hilarious!

Is that right thing the court has done? coz before buying, volvo or any other shoe shop lets us wear them and see if they are fit for our size...Well I dont know how courts work...Couple of days back, I bought a veg snack in which i found a bone in it. and what is that i can do with it? can i sue the company for that??well. .. i took the pack and gave it to borough council to examine and investigate into the matter..

cheers
