It may or may not reach our shores, but the Chinese market will be getting a redesigned version of the Hyundai Elantra. Surely, come its next redesign, will share some of the features.

Regardless, Hyundai's compact sports a more stylish front fascia, the grill reminiscent of previous generations of Acura, and the lights sport a curvature to them that is eerily similar in execution to that of the next generation Maxima, albeit pointing in a different direction.

The tear sports a similar treatment to its lighting. Having said that however, the overall design meshes much better with the cars distinct curved character line than the current styling.

Our take? Gasp...! It's a redesign that is actually better than the original, rare these days.
