Nissan GT-R won't skid with "Snow Button"

Driving a sports car in the snow may sound like a frustrating task. You won’t be able to get the best out of the car for fear of slipping over icy highways.

But the new Nissan GT-R will be fitted with a “snow button” on the center console that reduces the all wheel drive car’s low-end torque to avoid spinning on snowy and icy roads.

To help sales in cold, wintry regions, Nissan will include an “all-weather” package free. Containing  Dunlop all-season tires, different wheels, and different engine coolant mix, it is available as an option.

Our take? GT-R all season long? We can see our gas -- and speeding! -- bills piling up.
