HTK USA, original equipment supplier of car audio antennas and headrest monitor/DVD systems to such automakers as Nissan, Ford, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Suzuki, has purchased Designer Vision Automotives, a British manufacturer and supplier of rear seat entertainment systems to European automotive OEMs.
