2009 Toyota FT-HS Concept To Be Long-Awaited Supra

Toyota has decided to release its hybrid-engine FT-HS concept vehicle for sale to consumers in 2009 according to Automobile Magazine. The two-seater resembles the much lamented Toyota's Supra.

Though the production version final design (or name) is still unknown, the automaker is definitely keeping the FT-HS as a hybrid. However,  Toyota says it is still too early as to what type of hybrid it will be (i.e., full, plug-in, etc.). The Japanese car maker intends to make use of future lithium-ion batteries and plug-in hybrid technology when manufacturing can make them as  dependable and solid as today's gasoline engines.

I could use a little change to the front nose... but the side profile, the retractible roof, the proposed power output, & the amazing wheels are looking good to me. Build this car Toyota and I'll be one of the first to buy it.
