Over at Car Craft, Craig (presidential) started work on restoring his 1964 Pontiac Catalina sedan. In his latest struggles efforts, Craig wax and wanes over the injuries he’s sustained over the years working on his precious vehicles.
One scar came about from too much effort hiding a nitrous line. Another, found on his thumb, is the result of a slipped wrench. Virtually all were attained proudly.But his work on the Catalina for the Car Craft blog just gave him a bloody wound. He had just finished removing the car’s gas tank when he wondered why it was too easy. A quickly mental list didn’t prevent Murphy’s Law from having the car jack lash out and pinch his thumb into a blood blister later. Craig excised the issue in his characteristic manner: he popped it.Our take? We’ll let experts like Craig handle such messes while we grumble in the driver’s seat.
