Fuel-Efficient Cars that are Not Hybrids

Not everyone wants a hybrid. However, most people do want a car that will save them money on fuel.

And, despite what you might think (or the press will lead to you to believe), there are non-hybrid cars that fit the bill.

CarJunky lists the 10 top non-hybrid cars that not only save on fuel, but they also look good, and are fun to drive.

The cars are: Acura RSX and TSX; Mazda3 and Mazda6 (pictured); Honda, Accord, Civic, and Fit; Mitsubishi Eclipse; Toyota Camry; and the Volkswagen GTi.

Our take? While looks are always subjective (beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that), how did the Toyota Camry get on CarJunky's list? We think some palms were greased and it's not due to motor oil.
