Vepr Commander: When Size Is An Ugly Stick

One of our favorite Flip Wilson jokes goes like this:

VEPR Commander left.jpg

He's sitting in a train car with a woman and her baby. He takes a look at the baby and then proceeds to tell the mother how ugly the baby is. "Man, that is one ugly baby," he keeps saying. Well, of course the mother is insulted. She stands and reaches for the train brake cord. She pulls it and the train comes to a shaky stop. The conductor comes in to the car and asks what is wrong. "This man is insulting me," the woman says. The conductor, wanting to calm things down, says, "I am so sorry. Let me take you to our dining car and you can have anything that you want. And maybe we can find a banana for your monkey."

We're reminded of this joke because we just found out about the ugliest vehicle that could be crossing any segment of the Earth. It is an SUV made in Kiev in the Ukraine, a former Soviet Republic. The vehicle is called the Vepr Commander. And, man, it is one ugly machine. That's probably because it is immense. We mean really, really, really big. It is 15.4 feet long and 6.5 feet tall and weighs over 3 tons. However, its size allows it to hold as many as 15 passengers. That's right, 15 passengers!!

Well, if you want a lot of leg and shoulder room this may be your car.

it's not that ugly and could be made into the ultimate urban assault vehicle and i am considering trying to get my hands on one. Also have you not the nissan micra and the fiat punto, they are way uglier than this awsome machine!
