Ah, love. Especially among the rich. omg! recently reports that reality star (we use that term loosely here) Khloe Kardashian recently bought hubby and Laker player Lamar Odom a Rolls Royce. Say it with us: AAAAAWWWWW!
“It’s a brand-new 2010 Rolls-Royce,” said Khloe’s mother Kris Jenner, also a reality star. “Drop-top coupe, white on white.”
Uh, huh. Besides the color (technically called English White) and price, the Rolls, like some Jaguars, is all-aluminum, giving it high flexibility and strength on the road despite its size. Power is provided by a 6.75 liter V-12 generating over 450 horsepower and 531 foot-pound of torque. Translation? Zero to 60 mph in less than six seconds. Apparently Khloe wants hubby to have lots of thrust.
More details of the vehicle can be found here. Our take? Teasing aside, the Rolls is a nice gift, one any of us would be proud to receive. We’re not sure if Odom’s a serious collector; if he’s not, the Rolls wouldn’t be a bad vehicle to start with as the beginning of a new hobby.
