The 2011 Infiniti M is available in M37 and M56 model designations, with rear-wheel drive or Infiniti’s Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system. The M37 features a 330-horsepower 3.7-liter V6 engine ? with increased power and fuel economy versus the previous generation M35′s 3.5-liter V6.

i was very excited to buy a new car. had to put up with the dealers for weeks before finding the right dealer and the car that i wanted (colors, options, financing …). i thought that by buying a luxury car, like Infiniti, will make my life easier and the ride even better… little i knew! i bought the car on a Sunday, and 5 days after the “Service Engine Soon” light was on. i thought that s nothing to be worried about and that it might be an error from the gas cap (although during those 5 days i didn’t even need to fill my car with gas). I drove my car to the dealership thinking that’s an issue that wld only take a mins. the dealership gave me a loaner. ok … i thought that’s normal, and that they have to inspect the car to make sure that won t happen again. it s been 4 days and i still have the loaner! i called the service department today and they told me they couldn’t figure out what the problem was and they had to call Tech Line at Infiniti to give them guidance … the Consultant informed me that it’s gonna take a couple more days at least cause some of the steps that they were instructed to take involves checking wires and that involves taking some parts out! i called the Customer Service and expressed my frustration … taking parts out of a brand new car (300 miles on it, the car had 188 miles when i got it) doesn’t make it feel or sound as new anymore! the Customer Service took my data and said that they’re gonna follow up with the dealer … so much for a luxury car … if a car, out of i don’t know how many, experiences problem(s) the first few days, that shouldn’t be something that the owner has to put up with. car manufacturers should know that such cars should be replaced! it’s not my problem that a brand new car has problems, it should be theirs! i know that this cld happen with any other car brand, but i thought that by buying an Infiniti the odds wld be less, but that’s not true … i bought a 45k brand new car that doesn’t even feel as new anymore, too much for the “value for money” …
