The 2008 Pontiac G8 and the 2008 Toyota Highlander won Consumer Guide Automotive Magazine’s “Second Annual Most Significant New Introduction” awards. The honor was presented at the 2007 Chicago Auto Show held at McCormick Place in February. The editors of the magazine considered only new or completely redesigned cars and trucks which were introduced at the 2007 Chicago Auto Show. Criteria that were consumer value and innovative features.
