We posted a few weeks ago about one reviewer’s impressionof the new Lexus LS 460 self-parking system. Well, the editors and staff over at Automobile Magazinehad a chance to test the feature as well. However, they provided plenty of footage.
First, the three drivers parked the sedan to show how easy it is to park manually. Then the fun begins as they attempt to figure out the self-parking controls (which is livened with an expletive or two as they tried to direct each other) before making the first of what would be many attempts to park the car via the system.
Did they succeed? Is the system as easy to use and and smooth as Lexus claims? Let’s just say the prior review was quite kind.
