First introduced in the United Kingdom in 1999, Top Gear Magazine named the roadster one of its "Favourites of the Year" in 2001 According to the well-known British automotive resource, the TT won because it continues to be eye-catching and, more importantly, entertains enthusiasts with its fun factor.
Our take? We agree with TG on both account. The TT looks better proportioned than the odd-looking BMW Z4 and matches its rival in holding down the road. The price, too, is thousands less as well.
