Land Rover Tiring Its Owners To Sue

Owners of model year 2004 and 2005 Land Rovers LR3s are suing the Ford brand.

According to 7 On Your Side, possible alignment issues are causing uneven tire wear on the luxury SUV. While Land Rover has replaced at least one customer’s set of damaged tires and released a service bulletin, it has not issued a recall, claiming it has no evidence the problem is widespread.

Attorney Mark Anderson has filed a class action lawsuit for owners in the state of California. Our take is that Land Rover is making a mistake acknowledging the problem in such a manner and predict its actions will boomerang its recent and tenuous recovery.
