Remember the Auris? First unveiled at the Paris Motor Show earlier this year, the concept was deemed by the automotive industry as the most likely successor to the current Toyota Corolla.
Well, the industry was right. Toyota announced that the production model, which will stay quite faithful to the Auris Space Concept, will go sale in Europe in February next year.
The production model will be unveiled at the Bologna Motor Show in Italy this year. While full details have yet to be released, Toyota hints the Auris will come in three and five-door (hatchback) models and a choice of no less than five different engines. Price is estimated to start at 12,000 pounds or $22,750.
Our take? Where's our new Corolla?
