Leftlane News posted news on Renault’s entry to the upcoming Paris Motor show, the Nepta Concept.

While the concept has “standard” features such as a V-6 engine that generates 420 horsepower; LED lighting; and carbon body, its most unique feature is its doors. The coupe’s doors lift up vertically like the Delorean’s doors from the movie, Back To The Future, allowing driver and all passengers to enter simultaneously.

Our take? The car, like most of Renault’s offerings, is stunning though do we detect a more Asian influence ala Toyota Solara in the design? The doors, while interesting, are impractical unless you commandeer the parking stalls next to the car.
